VALERIY USPENSKIY (Russia) is People’s Artist of Russia, Professor. Head of Academic Choir Department, St. Petersburg N.A. Rimskiy-Korsakov Conservatoire, artistic director of the Students Choir of the Conservatoire. Valeriy Uspenskiy is head of Academic Choir Department at the St. Petersburg Conservatoire and directs the Students Choir. Honorary Rector of Khabarovsk State Institute of Culture and Arts, the permanent chairman of the jury of the International Choir Competition and vocal ensembles “The Singing World” named after Yuriy Falik. Сonduct master classes with choirs around the world, the chairman of the jury of numerous international and national competitions.
Valeriy Uspenskiy is organizer and artistic director of the I Youth Choral Festival, chamber and symphonic music, which was held from 24 to 29 November 2012 in St. Petersburg, and was dedicated to the 150th anniversary of the St. Petersburg Conservatory.

LYUDMILA LITSOVA (RUSSIA) is Honored Artist of Russia, Professor, Creator, Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Saratov Theater of Choral Music, Head of the Academic Choir of the Saratov Conservatory (1991-2017), Head of the Department of Conducting the Academic Choir of the Performing Faculty of the Saratov State Conservatory named after L.V. Sobinov (1991 – 2017), holder of the Order of Friendship, honorary citizen of the Saratov Region, Honored Worker of the All-Russian Choral Society.
PROF. LEON TONG (Hong Kong) is The President of the World Association of young and children’s Choral Artists, Art Director World Youth and children’s chorus Festival — Hong Kong, World chorus Festival Art Director, Founder, president, artistic director and chief conductor of the Hong Kong trio Association, Artistic director and chief conductor of Guangzhou children’s Palace choir, professor of Tianjin University, Honorary chairman of China Higher Education chorus committee and the achievement award of the art Achievement Award by the Hong Kong Arts Development Council
INESSA BODYAKO (Republic of Belarus) is Associate Professor, Head of the Department of Choral Conducting and Artistic Director of the Student Choir of the Belarusian State Academy of Music, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian Association of Choral Conductors, Member of the World Choral Council, winner of the grant from the President of the Republic of Belarus in the field of culture (2018) and the diploma “Person of the year in the field of culture» (2018). She was awarded the badge of Merit by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Belarus
YURI KARPOV (Russia) is Russian choirmaster, conductor, musicologist, educator; Professor of the Department of Choral Conducting of the Kazan N. G. Zhiganov State Conservatory, since 2015 — Vice-Rector for Research; MA in Art Criticism, organizer of All-Russian competitions of choir conductors in Kazan, holder of a Certificate of Merit from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation

OLGA SERBRIYSKAYA (Russia) is Honored Art Worker of the Russian Federation, Professor of the Choral Conducting Department of the Orenburg L. and M. Rostropovich State Institute of Arts; since 2012 — an invited choir conductor of the International Music Festival «Music on the Mother-of-Pearl Seashore» (Normandy, France), of the Chamber Choir of the Aktobe Philharmonic Society (Republic of Kazakhstan); Corresponding Member of the Petrovsky Academy of Sciences and Arts, a double Winner of the Governor’s Prize «The Orenburg Lyre», a honorary citizen of the city of Orenburg, a member of the Jury of International Competitions.
